This morning someone sent me a picture of the smallest prayer mantis I have ever seen. and I got to thinking about how wonderfully perfect he was made. Little tiny brain, stomach, heart, lungs and everything works perfect. Then thinking on, about a nat. How can anyone not believe in a Creator when things like this are in the world?
How can all these differant things come from a "big bang theory?" Have you ever seen a fire fly? How awsome it is to watch the little bugs flit around with their tails lite up. We use to catch them when I was a kid and put them in mason jars and watch them for a while then let them go.
Once my cousin who was 5 and I was 10 came to visit and we got a jar of them and were in bed watching them and she opened the jar and let them lose in the room. oops!
Last year, we bought 13 chicks and were told how to raise them with the heat lite and special food and keep them warm. so we did then this year one of those hens hatched a baby chick and we watch in amazement as that momma takes such good care of that baby. no special food, no heat lamp, and still everyday it seems to get a little bigger and a little stronger. no special treatment except that she protects him from danger.
That also reminds me of the scripture where GOD said He would have gathered us under His wings as a mother hen gathers her chicks but we wouldn't let Him. matt. 23:37.
Everyday is a chance to witness another miracle. somethings we don't understand, like the lose of a loved one. but one day it will all come together and we will see the big picture.
